Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of A-OK SERVICES LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

A-OK SERVICES LLC provides HVAC, heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration services in the San Antonio, Texas area. All services are provided under Texas Contractor License TACLA29221C.

Pricing and Payment

Service estimates are provided prior to work beginning
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
Financing options may be available (subject to credit approval)

Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service and equipment. Please ask your technician for details about warranties applicable to your service.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

Limitation of Liability

A-OK SERVICES LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Texas.

SMS/Text Message Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from A-OK SERVICES LLC, you agree to the following terms in addition to the general terms above:

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from A-OK SERVICES LLC. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Message Categories

Transactional Messages: Service-related communications including appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, technician arrival notifications, service completion updates, and account notifications.
Marketing Messages: Promotional communications including special offers, seasonal discounts, maintenance reminders, new service announcements, and other marketing content (only if you opt in to marketing messages).

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as needed based on your service requests. If you opt in to marketing messages, you may receive up to 4 promotional messages per month. We will not send messages outside of reasonable hours (8 AM - 8 PM local time) except for urgent service-related notifications.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send a confirmation message and remove you from our messaging list. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing. To resume messages, reply START or contact us directly.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. A-OK SERVICES LLC does not charge any fees for our text messaging service.

Carrier Disclaimer

A-OK SERVICES LLC and mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to conditions beyond our control, including network availability, device compatibility, and carrier policies.

Privacy

Your mobile phone number and opt-in data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these SMS terms at any time. Continued participation in our text messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
